Haggai 2:5
(KJV)5 According to the word that I covenanted with you when ye came out of Egypt, so my spirit remaineth among you: fear ye not.
GOD always keeps His promises. In the above passage He promises His Spirit. That promise is still available today. All we have to do is ask.
LORD, thank You for Your promise. I ask that Your Spirit would fall on me each & everyday. In Jesus’ name I pray, amen!
